About the role Pangeo Group is an automotive parts manufacturer with seven manufacturing bases and three R&D centres across North America, Asia and Europe. Its main products are power system components, interior and exterior parts, and precision molds. Pangeo Corporation was established in Windsor, Ontario in 1993, and the group is now building its first North American die casting plant in Vaughan. The HR Generalist runs the day-to-day HR work for the corporate office and supports the divisions: recruitment and onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, employee records, and the everyday employment questions that come with them. You work to the policies and processes the Corporate HR Manager sets, and you keep them running accurately and on time. This is a hands-on generalist role across the full employee lifecycle.
