Employees are expected to be conversant with emergency procedures and able to respond accordingly. The incumbent is knowledgeable of the aquatic facility's rules and regulations while maintaining a cooperative and positive relationship with the public. This position acts as a team leader and requires sound communication and judgement as well as the ability to provide guidance and direction to staff.
