Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome customers to the showroom.. · Accurately answer questions and give direction to customers.. · Collect payments using the store point of sale system. As well as processing returns and exchanges.. · Provide insight in helping clients with their design inquires and home projects.. · Have a general understanding of the tile industry. Proactively familiarize yourself with new products, the merchandise, and how to sell them.. · Find creative ways to use our collections and stay up to date with design trends.. · Call or email customers when their products have arrived and contact customers
