Position Summary The Short Line Cook supports the day-to-day operation of Shelly's Indigenous Bistro by completing food preparation, maintaining stocked and organized kitchen stations, supporting opening and closing procedures, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed. This position requires reliability, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment.
