The Weekend On-Call Direct Support Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the effective and continuous operation of Reena?s residential and day service programs during weekends. Serving in an on-call capacity, this role supports the health, safety, and well-being of individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as the staff who support them. The Supervisor is responsible for implementing agency policies, procedures, and Collective Agreement provisions while coordinating staff replacements and providing guidance during complex or urgent situations.
