OFF-SITE SUPERINTENDENT: FULL TIME Superintendent required for a low-rise Condominium in Welland. In addition to being responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance and cleaning of the building common areas, the incumbent will monitor the work of contractors and provide excellent customer service as required. The Superintendent is also responsible for responding to all after-hour emergency calls. Relevant experience is important, as is a friendly and customer-service oriented attitude. The right candidate should: Have a minimum of Grade 12 education;. Be computer literate;. Have a professional and neat appearance;. Have a strong work ethic;.
