Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Financial Officer is responsible for overseeing accounting operations, coordinating budgeting and financial planning activities, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. The Financial Officer provides financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making, contributes to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls, and supports the finance team through leadership, collaboration, and professional guidance Responsabilities : Lead and oversee the organization's accounting operations. Coordinate financial planning activities. Prepare and analyze financial reports and performances indicators. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, funding agreements, and statutory filing obligations. Develop, implement, and continuously improve financial controls, systems, policies, and business processes. Provide financial guidance and support to managers and stakeholders. Support a
