Customer Service Representative - Call Centre

Salary: $19.00 to $22.00 hourly

PCW is a diverse warehouse with many customers and clients. We do pick ups all around the lower mainland to ship to various customers through out BC and Alberta. We are currently looking for a candidate for our outbound Interior Shipping Lane. Duties: Respond to customer requests, both by email and telephone in a timely and professional manner. Setting up pick ups with customers to ship to the Interior.. -Working closely with dispatch to ensure orders are shipped out.. Taking orders out of our inventory system and shipping to various customers.. Collect and enter data into databases and maintain accurate records.. Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure data accuracy. Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of information. Assist with order entry and processing tasks as needed. Provide administrative support such as filing and boxing of files.. Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and emailing documents.
