At *WorkflowPros*, we've developed our own CRM system for home service businesses. We're looking for a *Social Media & Content Specialist* who can understand the challenges our customers face, explain how our product helps, and create content that connects with business owners across the US and Canada.. Social media will be the main focus of this role. You'll plan and publish content, take part in relevant conversations, and learn what matters to our audience. You'll also turn those insights into ads, customer stories, website copy, emails, and short video scripts. What you'll do: Plan topics and write posts for LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and other relevant platforms.. Adapt content to each platform's audience, format, and community rules.. Publish approved posts, respond to comments, participate in discussions, and find new content ideas.. Write copy for social media ads, Google Ads, and banners, including variations of headlines and calls to action for testing.. Interview customers and tea
