Job Title: Lead Housekeeper (Boutique Hospitality Properties): About the Role: We're looking for a *Lead Housekeeper* to take ownership of cleaning operations and more at our boutique hospitality properties in Prince Edward County. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards and can operate independently while ensuring a consistent, guest-ready experience. Responsibilities: Clean and reset guest rooms and common areas to a high standard. Perform final quality checks to ensure rooms and properties are guest-ready. Maintain consistency and presentation standards across all properties. Manage and restock supplies; flag maintenance or property issues. Conduct regular inventory of cleaning and operational supplies. Coordinate housekeeping schedules based on occupancy and turnovers. Follow and refine cleaning checklists and operational processes. Coordinate with management on turnovers, priorities, and day-to-day property needs. Assist with guest issues
