Overview: Mold Makers / Tool & Die are responsible for repairing and maintaining injection molds, press dies, equipment, and tools. A key position with a direct impact on product quality and machine reliability. A flexible approach and strong interpersonal skills are required for clear communication with internal and external parties. The ability to work efficiently under pressure during troubleshooting and commissioning is essential, along with the skills to support and complete Kaizen activities within their areas of expertise. Responsibilities: Repairs and maintains Injection molds, hot runner systems, press dies and machinery. Knowledge of mechanical structure and operation of molds and dies with the ability to disassemble / assemble for repairs / PM's. Understanding of blueprint / CAD of tools, drawings and schematics..
