_Matalco Canada Inc. operates a manufacturing facility in Brampton, Ontario and is seeking qualified applicants for the position of PLC Technician. _ Job Summary: The PLC Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, programming, and improving programmable logic controller (PLC) systems and industrial automation equipment throughout the facility. This position is on the Maintenance team and works closely with Production, and other departments to ensure equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently.. The PLC Technician will diagnose electrical and control system issues, modify and develop PLC programs, support automation projects, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment..
