Salary: $36,011.93 to $70,041.25 annually

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Tracking and Tracing Coordinator to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with tracking and tracing systems. Key Responsibilities: Track and monitor active shipments. Communicate load status updates. Provide shipment updates to customers and internal teams. Identify and report delays, issues, or service concerns. Update load status information in the system. Maintain accurate shipment records and notes. Support dispatch and operations as needed Qualifications: Experience in transportation, logistics, or customer service preferred. Basic computer and data entry skills. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
