Independently performs major repairs/installations on a wide variety of complex building systems and equipment. Human Resources Exemption: No Education- Building Systems Technician certificate Licenses- 5th Class Power Engineer certificate- 3rd Class Power Engineer Certificate- Valid Class 5 driver's license Other Education and Training- Refrigeration certificate, where required- Pool Operator certificate
