Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops. Supervise milking operations to ensure work is done correctly. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Maintain livestock performance records. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs.
