Salary: $62,033.40 - $79,208.22 annually

Job Summary: Identify and resolve problems that develop during treatment or return-to-work programs by contacting employer, worker, Health Care Professional and treatment centre. May involve education, explanation, mediation and confrontation. May involve work site visitations. Qualifications: A post-secondary degree in a health services field, and a minimum of one (1) years experience of having worked in a health care system (preferably Saskatchewan) as a licensed registered nurse, nurse practitioner, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, chiropractor or physician. Current license with the appropriate regulated profession preferred but not essential. Over one (1) year successful experience demonstrating the ability to do the following: Clinical knowledge as it applies to Functional Rehabilitation and Return to Work Programs. Demonstrated case management skills, including problem identification and problem solving, and good medical interpretation skills. Oral and written communicati
