*Job Summary:* Reporting to the Executive Director and as a member of the Leadership Team, the Manager, Finance provides strategic and operational leadership for the Agency's financial management, planning, reporting, and stewardship. The Manager serves as a strategic financial advisor to the Executive Director, Leadership Team, and Board of Directors, using financial, service, and staffing data to support evidence-informed decisions, resource allocation, risk management, and long-term sustainability. The position ensures the responsible stewardship of public funds, compliance with Ministry and regulatory requirements, and strong financial controls while considering the impact of financial decisions on children, youth, families, communities, and its employees.. The Manager leads the Finance team and builds collaborative relationships across the Agency, the Board, funders, auditors, financial institutions, and external partners.
