Tank Traders® is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our production operations in La Salle, MB, where our production operations began.: This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily production, supporting a team of 10+ employees, maintaining safety and efficiency, and ensuring production targets are met. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time on the production floor, working directly with the team while also managing key administrative responsibilities.. *Schedule:* Monday to Friday, with seasonal start-time adjustments from April to August. Current hours are 7:00 a.m. ? 3:30 p.m. High season Saturday rotational schedule if required. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a production team of 10+ employees.
