Languages: English Education: College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Work setting: Dormitory or student residence. Apartment building Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. Perform minor repairs on appliances. Perform safety and security checks. Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Work with minimal supervision Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: First Aid Certificate Security and safety: Criminal record check Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs) Own tools/equipment: Tools.
