Lambton Conveyor Limited is a leading manufacturer of grain handling and storage equipment. We are currently seeking a _*Mechanical Engineering Technologist*_ at our Wallaceburg, Ontario location. The successful candidate will provide manufacturing support through the application of engineering principles to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Lead Product Engineer, the Mechanical Engineering Technologist will collaborate with all levels within the organization to support design and production initiatives. Responsibilities for this position include:. Create, edit and maintain CNC programs for punch presses, plasma and laser cutting machines. Design, fabricate and implement customized tooling such as dies, fixtures, work supports, etc?. Maintain/enhance engineering designs of mature product. Support production improvements and equipment upgrades. Develop manufacturing aides, standard operating procedures, and product routing sheets.
