Through attention to detail and exceptional hospitality, Hosts leave a lasting impression on every guest.The Day-to-Day: Create a warm and inviting atmosphere in person and over the phone, even during high-volume periods Communicate effectively with Servers, Bartenders, and Managers to maintain optimal guest flow and seating rotation Greet and escort guests to their tables while engaging in friendly, professional conversation Accurately take and manage reservations both in person and over the phone Ensure the front entrance, host stand, and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times Develop a strong understanding of the floor plan, including table numbers and section layouts, to seat
