Key Responsibilities: Preparing food in accordance with the regular and therapeutic menu, in accordance with the standardized recipes for the home, and meets time requirements for meal times.. Reviews menus before preparing meals and prepares and serves them properly and attractively.. Assisting in serving meals following residents' diets using appropriate serving utensils and portion sizes to residents.. Cleaning and maintaining the fridge/freezer, clean and maintain all equipment after use, and reports concerns. Ensures that all equipment is shut off as required and everything is locked at the end of the shift/when leaving the kitchen.. Cleaning and maintaining work areas in a clean and sanitary state and ensures proper food handling techniques.. Takes and records food temperatures and follow
