About Us: Eston Nurture & Grow Childcare is a non-profit organization committed to providing high-quality, licensed, and government subsidized child care to families in Eston and the surrounding area. Our brand-new facility is open and is licensed for 40 spaces for children aged 6 weeks to school aged children. The centre will operate Monday to Friday from 7:15am?5:45pm.. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director to lead our team. The Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of centre operations, including staff management, program development, financial oversight, and ensuring a safe, enriching environment for children. This leadership role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of early childhood education, and the ability to foster positive relationships with staff, families, and the community.
