Salary: $20.00 to $23.00 hourly

We are starting up kitchen for breadmaking and bread spread onsite here at Nomad at Hinterbrook Winery. The ideal candidate will be experimenting and implementing different ideas from the owners. You will also be willing to interact with customers and talk about food and wine pairings. Main tasks (not only limited to the following): Breadmaking. Make bread spreads, bread dippers. Organizing and cleaning the kitchen & associated equipments. Making sure you are running the bread kitchen in a smooth and efficient manner Requirements: Food Handler Certificate is a must. Can work independently with minimal supervision. Previous working experience at a bakery or restaurant is preferred. Take instructions well. Be creative & curious. Must like wine. Can work independently with minimal supervision. Highly organized with hospitality mindset. Strong problem-solver Salary: $20 per hour at the first four weeks.
