This role involves working with patients across various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and home health environments, to develop and implement effective treatment plans aimed at improving mobility and overall health. Duties: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical condition and needs.. Develop individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.. Implement physiotherapy interventions such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, and trigger point therapy. Acupuncture is an asset..
