Restaurant Manager ? Kensington: The Mash is an independent craft beer and pizza chain operating across Southern Alberta, and a sister company to Half Hitch Brewing Company. We're looking for a dynamic, outgoing Restaurant Manager to take the reins at our Kensington location - a tight-knit 20-seat spot (with patio seating that roughly doubles our capacity in the summer) where the right person can really put their stamp on things.. This is an intimate, high-touch location, which means the manager isn't running things from an office - you're on the floor, part of the team, and the face of the business. We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in what they do, wants ownership over the day-to-day, and is excited to dig in and find ways to make the location better - whether that's the guest experience, the numbers, or the culture of the team..
