We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious *Heavy Equipment Operator* to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of equipment, including front-end loaders, dozers, graders, compactors, and trucks, in a safe and efficient manner. You will play a key part in moving, lifting, digging, and transporting materials, while also ensuring equipment is properly inspected, cleaned, maintained, and secured in line with all legislation, policies, and procedures. This role is based in our North Okanagan location, 6674 Bella Vista Rd, Vernon.: Responsibilities: Safely operate and maneuver heavy machinery according to job requirements, site conditions, and safety protocols.. Load, unload, and transport materials using heavy equipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the handling process.. Assist in site preparation activities, such as clearing land, grading terrain, and excavating areas for construction projects.. Provide support to construction crews by mov
