Job Overview: Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, the Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring a clean, comfortable and welcoming experience for every guest. This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service in accordance with Hilton standards, while effectively coordinating daily housekeeping operations and room inventory. The Housekeeping Supervisor works closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance and Guest Services to ensure smooth communication, timely resolution of guest needs and efficient room turnover. The ideal candidate is passionate about cleanliness, takes pride in delivering exceptional guest service, leads by example and enjoys working collaboratively with a diverse, multi-cultural team.
