This is a great opportunity for an experienced team lead or supervisor who enjoys being involved in day-to-day operations, knows how to keep a team moving, and isn't afraid to speak up and provide clear direction. The department is a smaller, hands-on operation consisting of approximately 5–15 production employees and 2–3 machine operators. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping daily production on track while balancing people leadership, production priorities, and computer-based planning.
