Responsible for the utilization and balancing of all resources on shift to ensure efficient shift productivity while maintaining full adherence to safety and quality. Must effectively communicate with maintenance, die shop, quality and scheduling teams on a regular basis. Responsible for the development and growth of shift employees involving areas of behaviour, communication, productivity, and career progression DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:. Review and analyse daily production data with a continuous improvement mindset to improve productivity and first time quality in the department. Work closely and continuously while in constant communication with maintenance, die shop, quality and scheduling teams to resolve any issues and discrepancies.
