Mount Dennis has been designated as a high-needs community and is served by the TTC and GO Transit.DESCRIPTION OF PRACTICE Crosstown Family Health Team is an interdisciplinary primary care organization serving individuals and families in the Weston/Mount Dennis community. Our team works collaboratively to provide accessible, comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population.POSITION SUMMARY Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Facilities and Maintenance Worker is responsible for supporting the general maintenance, safety, functionality, and upkeep of the Crosstown Family Health Team clinic and associated spaces. The successful candidate will work independently while also coll
