This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced kitchen, working across stations and contributing to a consistent, high-quality service. What we're looking for: 3+ years of kitchen experience. Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment. Solid fundamentals — knife skills, timing, organization. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and take direction Nice to have: Experience with higher-end or from-scratch kitchens. Comfort working multiple stations. Oyster shucking.
