Serve food and beverages and check on guests throughout their visit.. Present bills and process cash, credit, and debit payments.. Respond professionally to customer questions and concerns.. Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and keep the dining area tidy.. Qualifications. Previous serving or customer-service experience is an asset..
