Salary: $15.50 hourly

We are seeking a part-time Receptionist at Massage on 194th to start immediately. We are located in southeast Calgary. Unit 228, 803 Chaparral Drive SE. Shifts are *Monday and Tuesday 3:30pm-9:30pm and every third Saturday (1-2 per month) 8:30am-3:30pm. *Being flexible to pick up other day/night shifts, cover for other receptionists sick days and holidays, and work more hours is an asset. Wage is $15.50/hour to start. -$16.50/hr after a 3 month probation. You will also receive a free one hour massage per month. The candidate will be responsible for managing all receptionist duties, including but not limited to: Client care, answering phone, booking appointments, taking payment, direct billing claims, entering data, filing, opening/closing the clinic and light cleaning. Having experience with the following would be ideal but is not necessary: Microsoft Office Programs - Word and Excel, Quickbooks, and Appointment scheduling software.
