Urban area Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Requisition food and kitchen supplies. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation. Prepare and submit reports. Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.). Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Order merchandise.
