Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and be able to read and interpret schematics. This role involves working on diverse projects, from residential renovations to commercial constructions, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Duties: Assemble and construct structures using wood, metal, and other materials.. Interpret and work from schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate project execution.. Perform maintenance person tasks including repairs and installations as needed.. Execute caulking tasks to seal joints and seams for weatherproofing.. Engage in concrete forming for foundations, slabs, and other structures.. Install drywall efficiently while ensuring a smooth finish.. Carry out cabinet installation with precision, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.. Work on roofing projects, including installation of shingles or other roofing materials
