Salary: $22.00 to $28.00 hourly

*Opening and closing duties, line cook and team leader*. *Seeking ways to improve kitchen processes and ensure prompt service*. *Work with chefs to ensure that the menu is correct and up-to-date*. *Develop, train, and cross-train all kitchen team members*. *Maintain a strong sense of urgency, productivity, and accountability at all times*. *Assign daily workstations, coordinate breaks, and ensure proper kitchen coverage*. *Manage the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and ensure all standards are consistently met*. *Enforce all Cora policies, procedures, food safety, and operational standards*. *Monitor and improve team performance, productivity, and accountability*. *Ensure the kitchen is consistently clean and oversee the cleaning program as established*. *Monitor inventory, portion control, food waste, and product usage*. *Work closely with management to manage kitchen labour costs*.
