Peter Lucas Project Management is seeking an experienced Production Lead Engineer for a permanent opportunity near Kamloops, British Columbia. This is an opportunity to take on a technical leadership role as an underground mining operation transitions into full production. You will help shape production strategies, lead mine planning initiatives, and contribute to the long-term success of the operation. Not currently living in BC? Lead underground production planning and scheduling to support safe, efficient, and sustainable mining operations. Support the transition from mine development into full production, ensuring operational readiness and achievement of production targets. Develop and optimize mining sequences, extraction plans, and production schedules for the block cave operation. Monitor production performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and i
