Location: Remote (opportunity to work from SF office) The Role: We are looking for a corporate counsel who combines strong transactional execution with a genuine interest in AI and legal operations. The ideal candidate is an experienced corporate counsel with foundational training at a law firm and hands-on experience with venture financings, corporate governance, equity administration, and transaction closings. This person will own the details that keep corporate matters moving, from drafting and signatures through filings, records, and closing organization. They will also help build AI-enabled workflows, self-service tool
