Economy Paving is seeking an experienced and dependable Heavy Equipment Operator to join our field team. This position supports commercial and civil development projects, with work focused on excavation and earthworks, asphalt paving, subgrade preparation, and aggregate placement. Responsibilities: Safely operate excavators, dozers, graders, skid steers, packers, and other construction equipment as assigned.. Complete excavation, grading, trenching, backfilling, material placement, compaction, and site preparation.. Construct subgrades and aggregate bases to the required lines, grades, slopes, and elevations.. Support paving operations by preparing surfaces, moving materials, and maintaining work areas..
