Salary: $25.15 hourly

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Group Home Supervisor to join our residential team supporting individuals with developmental and behavioural needs.. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can support and guide frontline staff while ensuring a safe, positive and client-focused environment. Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience in developmental services, residential care, group homes or a related field. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting individuals with complex behavioural needs. Comfortable providing staff direction, coaching and accountability. Strong documentation skills. Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation. Vulnerable Sector Check. First Aid/CPR Schedule: Full-time 9:00 a.m. ? 9:00 p.m. shifts following a continental rotation..
