Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Sandblaster to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting and finishing by using sandblasting techniques. This role requires attention to detail, and a strong understanding of safety protocols. The Sandblaster will work closely with other team members to ensure high-quality results in various projects. Duties: Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare surfaces for painting or finishing.. Cleans and repairs sandblasting equipment regularly.. Loads Shop with blaster material. Ensure that all safety measures are followed while operating equipment.. Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding project needs and timelines.. Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner.. May Perform other related duties as assigned.. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.. Previous experience in sandblasting or related
