CURRENTLY HIRING Competitive Day Rate-Offshore Newfoundland Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Ad Hoc / Temporary JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for all tasks and duties of Systems Control / Instrumentation Technician / Electronic Technician discipline including but not limited to, installation or maintaining electrical control and instrumentation systems, i.e. electronics, programmable controllers, telecommunications, transmitters, and hydraulic, pneumatic systems.PRE-REQUISITES/QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or Equivalent Inter-Provincial Journeyman's Certificate (Instrumentation) or Diploma in Instrumentation Technology1+ years previous experience in an Instrumentation/Systems role on an offshore drilling rig Previous High Voltage and Low Voltage Experience Read and understand electrical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
