Job Description Job Description Position Summary This role is an important member of our Accounting and Administration team. Working within a collaborative, small-team environment, this role works closely with Accounting, Customer Service, and Sales to manage customer support contracts, warranties, renewals, and service billing. Key responsibilities include setting up and renewing customer support contracts, administering sales warranties, reviewing completed service work orders, and pricing out-of-scope and time-and-materials services for billing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, strong with excel spreadsheet functions, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with customer and financial information. Strong communication, data-entry, and follow-up skills are essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities Set up and maintain customer support contracts and sales warranties.
