This is I N-OFFICE, FULL-TIME, SUBCONTRACTOR Position (not Pay-roll) Responsibilities: Prepare estimates using information provided by our plumbers, office team, customers, suppliers, AI tools, etc Review photos, notes, and work orders to determine the scope of work, materials, labour requirements, if any additional information is required, ask clear and specific follow-up questions when required Verify if special requirements such as City water shut down, Building shut down, permits are required. Communicate with customers and property management to verify job details, clarify the scope of work, and obtain any missing information. Keep proper notes.
