Salary: $37.50 to $43.00 hourly (to be negotiated)

Languages: English Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. or equivalent experience Experience: 5 years or more Work setting: Construction. Renovation. Residential Tasks: Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools. Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials. Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems. Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Carpenter Trade Certification. Carpenter Red Seal Certificate Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Valid driver's licence Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding Own tools/equipment: Tools. Safety equipment/gear. Steel-toed safety boots. Hard hat.
