**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled PART-TIME Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for food preparation, cooking food, taking initiatives in all areas of the kitchen, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment. Cook menu items. Serve patrons if needed. Answer, report, and follow the manager's instructions. Clean up the station and take care of leftover food. Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards. Other kitchen, table cleaning, and dishwashing tasks as needed. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant position - Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures - Understanding of food safety
