Running dishes, pots, pans, cutlery etc. through a dishwasher, ensuring proper cleanliness of dishware and cutlery. Ensuring the items are being stored in the right places once cleaned. Keeping up with the flow of the restaurant, making sure the kitchen staff has their pots and pans washed and available in time. Qualification Requirements and Job Function: Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Work or schooling equivalent experience in food prep. Ability to multi-task.
