The Opportunity: TS Manufacturing is looking for a *Senior Optimization Software Developer* to design, develop and support industrial software used in modern sawmill operations.. This is a hands-on senior technical role with responsibility for complex software development, optimization algorithms, system architecture and troubleshooting. You'll also provide technical guidance to other developers and collaborate with our East Coast and West Coast teams. What You'll Do: Design and develop *C#/.NET applications, optimization engines and Blazor interfaces*. Develop mathematical and computational solutions for sawmill optimization. Build reliable services and data workflows using APIs, gRPC, Protobuf and asynchronous programming. Translate sawmill processes and production requirements into effective software solutions. Troubleshoot complex issues involving software, databases, networks, PLCs, scanners and site configurations. Support complex installations, commissioning and technical escala
