Evaluate daily operations. Monitor staff performance. Plan and organize daily operations. Set staff work schedules. Supervise staff. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Participate in marketing plans and implementation. Leading/instructing individuals. Address customers' complaints or concerns.
